The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.832/2014 registered under Sections 420/468/471 IPC at PS Bawana. Status report is on record.

By an order dated 08.01.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.

Undisputably, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. Learned counsel for the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail as no role has been assigned to her in the transaction. She is not the beneficiary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be BAIL APPLN.1982/2015

released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
