2) Allow the petition of the petitioner and set aside the impugned order Dt 28.05.2015 passed court of Sh. Sunil Kumar, ARC- 2/central district, Tis Hazari courts, Delhi and the petitioner be given the possession of the premises;

3) Pass any such order/s or direction/s which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
