The order dated January 15, 2016 is clear. Only tinkering done by the appellate order was to enhance the cost from `20,000/- to `50,000/- imposed vide order dated July 17, 2014, which merged in the impugned order dated August 12, 2015. Thus for purpose of granting benefit of enlargement of time to the appellant to examine its witnesses, cost payable is only `50,000/- 2.

There is no need to issue notice in the application for the reason if the respondent declines to accept the cost of `50,000/-, as regards the appellant tender would suffice.
