The statement of the petitioner has been recorded. The petitioner has undertaken to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2016. The petitioner has further undertaken to abide by all the terms and conditions as contained in the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 17.11.2015.

In view of the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking having been filed on behalf of Respondent, the affidavit of undertaking dated 03.12.2015 filed on behalf of petitioner is accepted. Nothing further is required to be done in this matter as the Petition already stands disposed of.
