% 10.12.2018 This petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 532/2018 registered under Section 195A/506 IPC at Police Station Mangolpuri, Delhi. It is the petitioner's case that false charges have been levelled against him, although he has nothing to do with the daughter of the complainant having eloped with someone.

The charges against the petitioner are serious. He is stated to have threatened the complainant with dire consequences. The daughter of the complainant is missing. The matter would require to be looked into by the police. If the petitioner has no role to play, the same is likely to be unrevealed in the investigation.

There is no merit in the petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
