% 17.05.2016 Counsel for the respondent submits that the reply has been filed in the Registry. Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted as informed by both parties sides. They agree that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitrator. The petitioner has agreed to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitrator.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
