This petition is filed under Sections 9 and 12 of the Administrators General Act, 1963 on behalf of the concerned Administrator General for grant of Letters of Administration with respect to properties bearing no. 60, Gali No. 8, West Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 and plot No. 13/25, Gali No. 3, West Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051, and which properties were owned by deceased Sh. Vallabh Datta who has died without leaving behind any legal heirs.

Citation in this case was published in the newspaper 'Statesman'.
No one has appeared in this case pleading to be the TEST.CAS. 62/2017
legal heir or being the owner of the two properties which are subject matter of this petition.

Accordingly, since there is no opposition to this petition, this petition will have to be allowed.

I may note that under the Administrators General Act I have not found any provision which requires any evidence to be led by the Administrator General, and all that is required under Sections 9 and 12 of the Administrators General Act is no opposition to the petition after citation has been published in the newspaper. 5.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is granted Letters of Administration of the two properties bearing nos. 60, Gali No. 8, West Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 and plot No. 13/25, Gali No. 3, West Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051.
Letters of Administration be granted to the petitioner in accordance with law.
