The petitioners are aggrieved by an order dated 24.02.2015 passed the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) in Appeal No. 103/2011 filed by the respondent No. 2/Auction Purchaser against the order dated 15.12.2010 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi allowing the present appeal.

After advancing arguments at some length, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to institute appropriate civil proceedings against respondents and others in respect of the subject premises, in accordance with law.

Without expressing our opinion on the merits of the case, leave as prayed for, is granted. If the petitioners institute a suit, the same shall be considered by the competent Court in accordance with law. 4.
The present petition is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications.
