CM No. 16250/2017 (for releasing the statutory deposit) This application seeks release of the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant.

The case was dismissed after hearing the parties. Since respondents No. 1 to 4 were represented through counsel, there must have been some expenses in that regard.

Accordingly, an amount of Rs.20,000/- shall be released to the respondents/claimants and the remaining amount of Rs.5,000/- shall be released to the applicant. The application stands disposed off on the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
