By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the grounds of providing medical treatment to his old aged ailing mother, searching a suitable life partner/match for his daughter and to re-establish social ties with the family & society. 2.

Nominal roll has been placed on record as per which petitioner was granted furlough for a period of two weeks by DG(P) and he has been released from jail on 30th January, 2016.

In view of the above, writ petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
