After some arguments, ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition, however, submits that petitioner is an old lady of 67 years and suffering from various ailments. NBW has been issued against her and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has also been initiated.
2.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby direct the trial court not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner as the counsel for the petitioner on instructions has undertaken to appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing.
3.
Accordingly, the petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
