% 10.11.2016 Learned counsel for the complainant states that the matter has been settled with the petitioner as well and besides receiving a sum of ₹4 lakhs from the petitioner he has also received a further sum of ₹30,000/- today in Court by way of demand draft No.'006249'drawn on IDBI Bank. Learned counsel for the complainant on instructions from the complainant who is present in Court states that he has no objection if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and that the complainant will give his no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and it is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹5,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed. The complainant who is duly identified by the learned counsel has signed the order sheet in acknowledgement of his statement made above. Petition and application are disposed of. Order dasti.
