% 21.04.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submits that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the arbitration proceedings are in progress.

Both parties have no objection if the present petition be accordingly disposed of by continuing interim order dated 4th December, 2015 till such time the interim order is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator.

As desired, liberty is granted to the respondent to move an application for modification/vacation of the said interim order before the Arbitrator, if so advised.

The petition is disposed of.
