% 20.07.2017 CRL.M.A.4702/2017 in CRL.M.C. 3950/2015 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking typographical correction in the order dated 23.09.2015 passed by this Court in CRL.M.C. 3950/2015.

None is present on behalf of the applicants/petitioners. It is submitted by leaned APP for State that a typographical error has crept in para No.10 of order dated 23.09.2015 and submits that the "FIR No.312/2011 registered at Police Station North Rohini, Delhi" be replaced as "FIR No.286/2014 registered as Police Station Seemapuri, Delhi." Application perused.

The contents in para No.10 of order dated 23.09.2015 is rectified to the extent that "FIR No.312/2011 registered at Police Station North Rohini, Delhi" be read as "FIR No.286/2014 registered as Police Station Seemapuri, Delhi."
