The matter relates to the request of the appellants for renewal of permission for the Academic Year 2015-16 for admissions to second batch of students in MBBS course. Since the Academic Year 2015-16 has expired long back, nothing survives for adjudication on merits at this point of time. 2.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. 3.
