By way of this application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking protection from respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and to direct the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to not interfere in the peaceful possession of the shop of the petitioners and also to direct respondent No. 4 to lodge FIR against the respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that necessary protection has already been provided to the petitioners through SHO concerned and State assures that necessary protection will be provided to the petitioner as and when requested on assessing the threat perception. W.P.(CRL) 2124/2015

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
