This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 25th October, 2017, 26th October, 2017 and 8th November, 2017. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of the order dated 26th October, 2017 the award amount has been deposited and has handed over in the Court a copy of the order dated 1st November, 2017 of the Court of Smt. Anita Rana, Commissioner under Employees' Compensation Act, 1923. The same is taken on record. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner withdraws the petition stating that he will avail of the remedy of appeal.

The counsel for the respondents no.1 to 3 has no objection. 5.

Notice to the respondent no.4 Sushma who is the contesting respondent has not been issued.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law.

No costs.
