% 11.12.2018 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to make the Arbitral Award.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court. Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator is extended for a further period of four weeks with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
