% 05.01.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that out of seven charge sheeted witnesses, six witnesses have been examined and seventh witness is to be examined by the Trial Court on 15.01.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in that event, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
