CONT.CAS(C) 916/2018 Vide order of 13th May, 2013, direction was issued to respondents to release the pensionary benefits to petitioner. Learned counsel for respondents submits that the aforesaid order of 13th May, 2013 has been complied with. He has handed over a copy of Communication of 31st August, 2018 addressed to the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, West Bengal to point out that the pensionary benefits would soon be released to petitioner.

In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to get this petition revived, in case the pensionary benefit is not remitted into petitioner's account within a period of six weeks from today.
