% 25.05.2016 In view of order dated 11.03.2016, the matter has been received from the Court of learned District & Session Judge (South District) with the submission that defendants 1 to 14 are indicated to be situated at Katawaria Sarai which is falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District and defendants 19 & 20 are situated at Jiya Sarai which also falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District and not in South District.

Learned counsel for the parties has no objection to this effect. In view of the submission and circumstances, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court on 11.08.2016 .
