O R D E R
% 22.02.2018 The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 instituted on behalf of the appellant is disposed of by making absolute the interim arrangement, as contained in the order dated 27.11.2017. The only modification to the said interim arrangement is to the extent that the parties further agree that the minor child, namely, Master Tanush will spend half of his holidays/vacations with his mother and rest with his father.
In this behalf, it is further clarified that the father of Master Tanush shall accompany him during the said period, if and when the latter goes on to visit his grand parents.
With the above directions, which have been passed with the consent of the parties, the appeal is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
