% 17.11.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by respondent No. 2 wherein the application of the petitioner institute seeking accreditation had been declined. Learned counsel for the parties fairly concede that a similar issue had been raised before the Division Bench and the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 515/2017 on 14.11.2017 had noted the undertaking of respondent No. 1 which was that a Committee would be constituted to examine all pending applications of such institutes. The list given before the Division Bench was of 663 institutes.

In case the name of the petitioner institute does not form a part of the said list of 663 institutes, nonetheless, the same shall be considered and answered by respondent in accordance with law. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
