% 05.09.2018 Challenging the admission initiated by the respondents for the course in question in accordance with the impugned notification No.F.No.R11011/04/2016-EP(IM-I) dated 04.09.2017 this petition has been filed. By an interim order passed on 27.10.2017, it is directed that for the academic session in question the admission in MD/MS (Ayurveda) course shall be strictly done in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 8(5) of the Indian Medical Central Council (Post Graduate Ayurveda Education) Regulations, 2016. Now from the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.1 it is clear that the notification in question was issued for the current W.P.(C) 9289/2017
academic session 2017-2018 and by virtue of the interim order the admission had been made strictly in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 8(5) of the Indian Medical Central Council (Post Graduate Ayurveda Education) Regulations, 2016.
We see no further indulgence in the matter. However, in pursuance of the petitioner's application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 if the petitioner derives any information which goes to show that the admissions were made contrary to the interlocutory order or the provisions of the aforesaid Regulation 8(5) of the Indian Medical Central Council, the liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge such admission in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
