% 01.11.2017 Mr. Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the premises of the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 08.09.2017, which is allegedly violated, has since been desealed yesterday i.e. 31.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect, though, she submits that this has not been done fairly.

Be that as it may, reserving the right to any of the other aspects that may be available to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
