O R D E R

% 03.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to attend the marriage of younger sister fixed for 12th December, 2018 and maintain social ties.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report family of the petitioner is residing at H.No. D-87, New Seelampur, Delhi and the factum of the marriage to be performed on 12th December, 2018 has also been verified.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner was earlier also granted parole by this Court w.e.f. 27th March, 2018 to 24th April, 2018 which concession the petitioner did not misuse, hence this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM Concerned/Duty Magistrate.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
