As per the status report, unauthorised construction has been booked and even workstop notice dated 31st October, 2017 has been issued and further action is under contemplation. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with the directions to the Commissioner, NDMC and DCP (North) to ensure that no unauthorised construction takes place and necessary actions are taken, as provided under law. Copy of order be sent to Commissioner, NDMC and DCP (North) to ensure compliance. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
