% 14.01.2019 Both the learned counsels agree that the guardianship petition being GP No.1/2018 filed by Dharamvir Gakkar against Prashant Kher & Anr, presently pending in the Court of Dr.Jagminder Singh, JSCC-ASCJ-cum-Guardianship Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi be transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka wherein another guardianship petition viz GP No.66/2018 filed by respondents No.1 & 2 herein is listed for 13.02.2019. Since both the parties have jointly requested for such transfers, hence, GP No.1/2018 titled as Dharamvir Gakkar vs Prashant Kher and Another pending in the Court of Dr.Jagminder Singh, JSCCASCJ-cum-Guardianship Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi is hereby withdrawn from said Civil Court and is transferred to the Court of

Shri Pitamber Dutt, learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka wherein the GP No.66/2018 is pending for 13.02.2019. The petition so transferred be listed and dealt with by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.

In view of above, petition and pending application stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under signatures of the Court Master.

The Registry shall also send the copy of this order to both the aforesaid Courts for compliance.
