It is submitted by Mr. Rajeev Saxena, ld. counsel for the appellant that the matter has been fixed for recording of statements of the witnesses by the Local Commissioner/Court Commissioner, appointed in CS(OS)No.3464/2015 Smt. Jagmohinee Ahluwalia vs. Ranjeet Kaur & Anr., on 6th November, 2017. Ld. counsel for the appellant prays that the date may be extended inasmuch as the appellant has to come from Mumbai.

In view thereof, the appellant is permitted to make such request before the Local Commissioner/Court Commissioner who may, keeping in view his pre-commitments in mind, fix a date two weeks after the 6th November, 2017 for recording of statement of witnesses to enable the appellant to come to Delhi.
