By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and file a special leave petition. A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, the family of the petitioner has been found residing at House No.723, Gali No.9, Haiderpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi for the last four years in a tenanted accommodation and the mother of the petitioner along with his siblings is residing at District Samastipur, Bihar.

Since the petitioner has roots in the society and as per the nominal roll, the petitioner has been awarded sentence of imprisonment for a period of seven years out of which he has already undergone nearly more than five years including remissions, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the W.P.(CRL) 3668/2018

petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
