% 11.04.2018 Crl. M.A. Nos.411/2018, 4980/2018, 4059/2018 The settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in mediation dated 20.03.2018 is placed on record. The parties have arrived at a settlement in relation to sharing of the vacations with the child. The petitioner has also received the amount of Rs.3 lakhs, which was the outstanding amount under the settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall provide the particulars of the investment made by the petitioner in respect of the said amount during the course of the day.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the travelling expense of Rs.6,000/- incurred for bringing the child to Delhi on 19.03.2018 shall be paid to the petitioner within a week.

The parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement including the settlement agreement dated 20.03.2018 and by their respective statements made today before the Court.
