By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his father who is having stone in his stomach and to re-establish social ties.

A status report has been filed as per which the petitioner has two brothers who can look after the father. Further the wife and five children are also living with the father of the petitioner. Family of the petitioner was found residing at Village and Post Office Juana, PS Mohana, District Sonepat, Haryana.

As per the nominal roll, the sentence of the appellant pending hearing of the appeal was suspended with effect from 9th October, 2002 and the petitioner surrendered on 20th March, 2018 since when he is in custody. W.P.(CRL) 3666/2018

Considering that the petitioner has recently surrendered after dismissal of the appeal and that the petitioner has two brothers who can look after his father, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. 5.
Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar.
