1. Despite a fresh notice being issued for the second time, it has been returned unserved with the remark: "not residing at the given address".

2. Learned APP states that one more opportunity should be given to the State to serve the Respondent. The better course is that the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the State to revive the petition as and when they are able to locate the current address of the Respondent. S.
