infructuous, inasmuch as the Respondent in O.M.P. (COMM) 438/2017, namely, Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction Ltd., had been dissolved pursuant to orders passed by the learned National Company Law Tribunal ["NCLT"], which were subsequently affirmed by the learned National Company Law Appellate Tribunal ["NCLAT"].

On the last date hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India had sought some time to solicit instructions from his client with respect to the status of Respondent-Company. Pursuant thereto, today, the learned counsel submits that he has verified the status of the Respondent-Company, and affirms that it indeed stands dissolved.

In view of the foregoing, the present Petitions are dismissed as being infructuous.

A photocopy of the Order passed today be kept in the connected matter.
