% 07.11.2017 The present petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to deposit 75% of Rs.28.78 lacs i.e. Rs.21,58,500/-, before the Registrar of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'DRAT'), within a period of two weeks from today.

Subject to the deposit, as directed above, the DRAT shall dispose off the appeal being Miscellaneous Appeal No. 353/2017, arising out of OA No. 319/2012, titled as "Mega Luxuries & Hotels LLP vs. ICICI Bank Ltd. & Ors.", (DRT-II, Delhi), expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month thereafter.

Needless to state that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed off. Pending applications also stand disposed off.
