The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2/School to issue a Transfer Certificate regarding the minor children of the petitioner, Ms. Manya Gupta and Mr. Viaan Gupta to enable her to deposit the said certificate with respondent No. 3/School.
