The counsel for the respondent on enquiry states that RC.REV. No.522/2015 has been preferred against an order of eviction in favour of the respondent and against the petitioner and a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent and owing whereto the petitioner is withdrawing the petition.

CM No.36364/2017 is allowed.

RC.REV. No.522/2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
