% 15.11.2017 CM No.41304/2017 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated nil, which is placed on record, in terms whereof the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent/workman, who is present in Court and admits this position.

Accordingly, in view of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsels for the parties submit that the application may be allowed and the writ petition may be disposed of as settled between the parties, as nothing is due and payable to the respondent/workman. The application is allowed and the writ petition is disposed of as settled between the parties.
