O R D E R

% 21.12.2018 Crl.M.A. 50576/2018 By this application the appellant seeks permission to change his surety and furnish a fresh surety bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 20th December, 2017.

Sentence of the appellant was suspended pending hearing of the appeal vide order dated 20th December, 2017 directing that the appellant be released on bail during the pendency of his appeal on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount. Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of some disputes with Brahmpal, the father of appellant who has earlier stood surety for him, appellant seeks to change the surety and furnish a fresh surety bond from one Deepak.

CRL.A. 1012/2017

The appellant is permitted to change one of the sureties as prayed for, however subject to necessary verifications by the concerned Court which took the initial surety.

Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
