Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. Accordingly, Mr. J.P. Singhal, Former Chief Engineer, CPWD (R/o 79, Munirka Enclave, Opp. Vasant Vihar Police Station, New Delhi-110067, Mobile No. 9810200898) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. All contentions and submissions of either parties shall remain open before the Arbitrator. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost.
