% 18.12.2017 This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a sole arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate upon the disputes that have arisen between the parties under the Agreement executed between the parties. Vide IA No.14499/2017 the petitioner seeks appointment of Mr. Ram Singh as the arbitrator in the present matter in accordance with the Letter dated 10.11.2017 issued by the Respondents. It is submitted the petitioner has no objection if Mr. Ram Singh is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties despite the fact he is an ex-employee of the respondent. In the circumstances, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Ram Singh is appointed as a sole arbitrator in this case. Accordingly, the application as well as the petition is disposed of.
