% 07.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are related to each other. They belong to the same family. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led to registration of the present FIR No. 273/2017 under Sections 452/324/380/34 IPC at Police Station Mundka on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the intervention of elders in the family, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future; therefore, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Manoj of Police Station Mundka. Respondent
no. 2 says that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 17th October, 2017. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the fact that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are closely related to each other and a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter, which had led to registration of the present FIR and they have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 273/2017 under Sections 452/324/380/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mundka, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
