% 11.01.2018 W.P.(C) 9467/2017 Ms. Jyoti Taneja, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 / North Delhi Municipal Corporation has filed the status report in Court today. The same is taken on record. She has drawn my attention to Page 8 of the report which is an order dated December 27, 2017, fixing the schedule of demolition / sealing programme for the month of January, 2018. It is her submission that the demolition of the property, at serial no. 21 of the said order, is schedule for January 15, 2018.

Noting the stand in the status report and the submission made by the counsel for the respondent / North Delhi Municipal Corporation, it is expected that the demolition shall be carried out on January 15, 2018. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent NDMC, she shall be at liberty to revive the petition.

The petition is disposed of.
