The appellant has challenged the order dated 25th July, 2017 whereby the Claims Tribunal has dismissed the appellants' application for correction of the names.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that there are typographical errors in the names of the appellants before the Claims Tribunal. It is submitted that the correct spelling of the name of appellant no.1 is 'Gita Subedi' instead of 'Geeta Subedi'; the correct spelling of the name of appellant no.3 is 'Priti Subedi' instead of 'Preeti Subedi'; the correct spelling of the name of appellant no.4 is 'Prabesh Subedi' instead of 'Pravesh Subedi' and the correct spelling of appellant no.5 is 'Piyush Subedi' instead of 'Piyush' before the Claims Tribunal. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the relevant documents containing the correct names have been placed on record before the Claims Tribunal.

The appellants also seek to place on record the present address of the appellants which is also taken on record.

The appeal is allowed and the correct names of the appellants and amended memo of parties are taken on record.

The Claims Tribunal is directed to disburse the award amount to the appellants in terms of the amended memo of parties. 7.

Copy of this order along with the copy of the amended memo of parties be given dasti to counsel for the appellants under the signature of the Court Master.
