O R D E R

% 17.11.2017 Respondent no.2-Manju Tyagi is present along with her counsel and has been identified by Insp. C.L. Meena of police station Shakar Pur. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 14th October, 2017 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. A perusal of FIR shows that property disputes between the petitioner and respondent no.2 had led to registration of present FIR. Respondent no.2 says that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 and that respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 2621/2014 under Sections

420/468/471 IPC registered at police station Shakar Pur, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of in the above terms.
