% 21.08.2018 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners have prayed for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 109/1/14 tilted Vikram Monga Vs. Sanjay Dhingra & Anr., filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by the respondent, in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent. Counsel for the respondent submits that though the settlement was arrived at between the parties but the terms of settlement have not been complied with by the parties. It is submitted that respondent was to withdraw the complaint only after terms of settlement

stood complied with. It is submitted that respondent opposes quashing of complaint case on the ground of settlement.

The issue whether the terms of settlement have been complied with or not cannot be resolved in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
