The matter has been put up on an office notice for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 18.12.2019, by which the suit was disposed of.

In paragraph 5 of the said order, the plaintiff has been granted refund of 50% of the court fees paid. However, inadvertently Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 has been mentioned, instead of Section 16A of the said Act.

The order dated 18.12.2019 is accordingly rectified, and the reference in paragraph 5 of the order to Section 16 will be read as Section16A.
