The petitioner has filed the instant writ petitioner praying for grant of parole for a period of three months to enable him to get his two sons admitted in another school and to arrange funds for the said purpose as well as to maintain social ties.

Learned ASC for the State has drawn the attention of this Court to the nominal roll of the petitioner annexed with this petition wherein in Column W.P.(CRL) 3009/2017

No.17 i.e. 'Details of Interim Bail/Parol/Furlough availed', it is mentioned that the petitioner has availed three weeks furlough w.e.f. 6th October, 2017 to 27th October, 2017.

In the given circumstances, since the petitioner has recently availed furlough for a period of three weeks, the writ petition is dismissed. 5.

Petitioner be informed through the concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
