Learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of India has handed over a copy of the letter dated 30.11.2017 addressed to the Bar Council of Delhi informing the Bar Council of Delhi to enrol the petitioner after due verification of his certificate. The learned counsel for the respondents state that the Bar Council of India has taken the aforesaid decision in view of the peculiar facts of the case and the same ought not to be taken as a precedent. 2.

In view of letter dated 30.11.2017, the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed and learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
