Petitioner has filed the instant petition alleging unauthorized construction being raised in property no. H-95 and H-96, New Seelampur, Delhi.

Let the Commissioner-North Delhi Municipal Corporation look into the averments and the allegations made in the petition and take the required action against any unauthorized construction in the property as expeditiously as possible preferably, within six weeks from today. Petition and the pending applications stand disposed off accordingly.
